Founded in 1998 by Mr. Roy K Varghese, RKV Group of companies has established itself as a diversified conglomerate with a rich legacy spanning over two decades. Headquartered in Muvattupuzha, our group has successfully ventured into various sectors, including Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Infrastructure Development, Filling Stations, Food and Beverage, Franchise

Our humble beginnings started with our first joint venture, LIECT Nidhi Limited, in 1998. We expanded our portfolio by investing in real estate in 2000 and later established RKV Fuels in 2003, taking dealership of Indian Oil Corporation. In 2010, we made our mark in the hospitality sector by launching Kabani International Hotel, the first 4-star hotel in Muvattupuzha. The following year, RKV Builders was formed, focusing on infrastructure development for commercial purposes. In 2018, we achieved another milestone by acquiring franchises of renowned international and national brands, including KFC, Frapino Italian Ice Cream, and Scandy. In 2024, we expanded our portfolio into the food industry with the launch of Bgarden Foods, offering a range of products such as Honey, Pickles, and Tea powder.
