About RKV Group

Founded in 1998 by Mr. Roy K Varghese, RKV Group of companies has established itself as a diversified conglomerate with a rich legacy spanning over two decades. Headquartered in Muvattupuzha, our group has successfully ventured into various sectors, including Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Infrastructure Development, Filling Stations, Food and Beverage, Franchise

Our humble beginnings started with our first joint venture, LIECT Nidhi Limited, in 1998. We expanded our portfolio by investing in real estate in 2000 and later established RKV Fuels in 2003, taking dealership of Indian Oil Corporation. In 2010, we made our mark in the hospitality sector by launching Kabani International Hotel, the first 4-star hotel in Muvattupuzha. The following year, RKV Builders was formed, focusing on infrastructure development for commercial purposes. In 2018, we achieved another milestone by acquiring franchises of renowned international and national brands, including KFC, Frapino Italian Ice Cream, and Scandy. In 2024, we expanded our portfolio into the food industry with the launch of Bgarden Foods, offering a range of products such as Honey, Pickles, and Tea powder.

Mr. Roy K Varghese

Mr Roy K Varghese is an entrepreneur with an experience of more than two decades in project management of different types and sizes. Establishing companies in different industries sectors like Finance, Real estate, Hospitality, Infrastructure development, Filling station, Food and Beverage, Franchise etc.

He is the executive board director of MOSC Medical College and Hospital, Kolencherry, St. Gregorios Medical Mission Hospital, Parumala and other institutions. He is a man with extraordinary vision, who always gives at most consideration for his employees at all levels, by motivating and providing a great work environment and growth opportunities.

Mr Roy k Varghese started his business journey in the year 1998 to fulfill the evolving needs of the customer's by understanding the customer’s by designing and delivering a service standard that exceeds expectation which has garnered a good place in the people's hearts and generated a steady goodwill for the company.
